I discovered Kimon Argyropoulos’s Repair Series on YouTube and watched all thirty-five videos in one sitting.
While I am waiting for my cello to be set up for a beginner by my very busy luthier, Eva Broadway at Luthier Collective in Somerville, Massachusetts, I have begun searching for videos of luthiers working on cellos.
This morning I discovered a wonderful YouTube series by Kimon Argyropoulos, in which he demonstrates how he repairs violins, violas, and cellos. I sat for three and half hours this morning watching the entire series of thirty-five videos.
