Running Summary March 2022

In March 2022 I began running again.


I retired on February 28, 2022, and this gave me free time to run regularly. I started with very short distances, building up a quarter mile on each run until I reached two miles. I increased my running distance to six miles by the end of the month as I worked towards a goal of running the Brooklyn Half Marathon on May 21.

These were my miles for March 2022:
