I rode the Provincelands bike trails north of Provincetown.

I traveled from Somerville to Dune's Edge Campground on Cape Cod.

I stopped running in mid-June because of pain in my left knee.

In May 2023 I ran well and raced the Brooklyn Half Marathon.

In April 2023 I continued running consistently, and I raced the Broad Street 10-Miler in Philadelphia.

In March 2023 I began running consistently again.

I hardly ran in February 2023.

My running in January 2023 was sparse other than long runs.
